Endodontist Opportunity – Reno/Sparks, Nevada Area

We are seeking an experienced Endodontist to join a growing, patient-focused practice in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with a strong internal referral network, advanced technology, and significant earning potential.

Position Highlights

• Full-time W2 position
• 4–5 days per week
• Strong internal referral base with opportunities to expand external referrals
• Dedicated clinical support team
• Modern endodontic technology and equipment
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Potential to earn $400,000–$800,000+ annually

Compensation

Earnings Potential

• Greater of:
• 40% of adjusted production, or
• $1,500 daily minimum guarantee for the first 6 months (calculated on a cumulative basis)
• Expected annual income: $400,000–$800,000+, depending on production and referral growth

Additional Incentives

• Approximately $20,000 combined sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (subject to final negotiations)

Clinical Environment

Patient Volume

• Average of 8–12 patients per day
• Mix of consultations and treatment appointments

Technology

The Endodontist will have access to two dedicated operatories equipped with:

• Surgical operating microscope
• CBCT imaging
• Digital radiography
• Rotary endodontic systems
• Electronic apex locators

Support Staff

• Two dedicated dental assistants

Clinical Requirements

• IV sedation certification not required
• GentleWave® experience not required
• Experience with advanced endodontic technology preferred

Referral Growth & Marketing Support

The ideal candidate will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with referring general dentists. Responsibilities include:

• Strengthening existing referral relationships
• Participating in occasional office visits and educational events
• Providing excellent communication regarding shared patient care

The practice provides dedicated administrative and marketing support, including referral relationship management, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities, allowing the Endodontist to focus primarily on patient care while contributing to continued growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Nevada
• Prior endodontic experience required
• New graduates are not being considered at this time
