✅ $211,369–$317,053 base + $30K sign-on bonus

✅ 4-day work week option

✅ Relocation assistance to Tucson

✅ Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)

✅ Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization

✅ Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)
