Physical Therapist – Outpatient Musculoskeletal Care

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care based on thorough clinical assessments
- Deliver skilled manual therapy and soft tissue treatment techniques
- Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Texas licensure).
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong orthopedic assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional improvement.
- Interest in manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation.
- Experience with soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, Active Release Techniques (ART), or similar approaches is highly valued.
