Physical Therapist – Outpatient Musculoskeletal Care

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Perform hands-on manual therapy and soft tissue interventions
- Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress using an integrated electronic medical record
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
- Minimum of one year of full-time clinical experience preferred.
- Strong orthopedic assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
- Interest in manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, and movement-based rehabilitation.
- Experience with myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, Active Release Techniques (ART), or similar manual therapy approaches is preferred.
